Benjamin started legal practice in 1999 with Clarke & Gee in Launceston and then moved to Victoria and was Called to the Bar in 2005.
In 2010, Benjamin moved to Switzerland where he focused on cross-border commercial and intellectual property disputes and arbitration.
In 2017, Benjamin was awarded a Masters of Law with distinction in International Trade Law and subsequently was admitted to the Middle Temple in England in 2024 and was Called in Trinity to the Bar of England & Wales the same year.
Benjamin provides opinion and advice services, drafting of pleadings and statements of case and advocacy.
