Bill is a barrister in full time practise at the Sydney bar. He commenced practise in October 2007 and has worked in all of the courts and most of the tribunals in New South Wales. He also appear in federal courts and tribunals, and has done work in other states and territories of Australia and internationally.
The disputes work for which he has expertise is work that has a predominant commercial or trading element. This ranges from acting for private individuals, corporations or governments in contracts disputes, property related disputes, building and construction disputes, or trade practices disputes.
