Appointed silk in 2020, Don has commercial law expertise. He is also a chartered accountant with a graduate diploma in finance and has worked in the role of CFO for a major commercial enterprise. Don has been part of the counsel team for some of the largest litigation in Victoria history, including in the Black Saturday bushfire litigation.
Don works at superior court level, including in the Supreme Courts and the Federal Court of Australia.
