Hannah practises principally in public and commercial law. She is regularly briefed in complex litigation in State Supreme Courts and the Federal Court of Australia, at trial and appellate level, and to provide advice on diverse clients in the public and private sectors.
Hannah has particular experience with environment and resources subject matters, including as they arise in administrative proceedings and commercial disputes, and with matters concerning First Nations rights and interests.
Before coming to the Bar, Hannah was a Senior Solicitor in the Victorian Government Solicitor’s Office Constitution and Advice Team, where she worked on matters involving the Constitution and complex statutory interpretation, and a Solicitor in Gilbert + Tobin’s Banking and Infrastructure team, where she worked on high value project finance transactions.
Hannah was an Associate to the Hon Justice Patrick Keane AC at the High Court of Australia.
