Is an experienced barrister, practising principally in common law. He hold briefs on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants, including the State of New South Wales and in the interests of most major insurers. This includes a significant volume of work in the area of institutional abuse.
Prior to commencing practice at the New South Wales Bar in May 2013, James Lee was a Tipstaff to the Honourable C R R Hoeben AM RFD in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, both in the Court of Appeal and in the Common Law Division of that Court.
