Kellie is briefed in administrative, trade practices, common law, restraints of trade cases, royal commissions and coronial inquiries, but is a specialist in employment and discrimination jurisdictions. Her cases include many reported judgments on issues of new law including the limitation period under Federal discrimination law, often involving complex claims for significant damages. She is also a qualified arbitrator and mediator, being briefed to mediate both commercial, workplace and discrimination claims.

Prior to going to the Bar, Kellie was an Associate at Dibbs Barker Gosling (now Dibbs Barker) specialising in employment and discrimination law.

From 1997 until 2003, she was a member of the NSW Administrative Decisions Tribunal (now NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal).

In April 2017, she was appointed the inaugural Chairperson of the Australian Payments Network Limited’s IAC Sanctions Tribunal.
