Over the last two decades she has regularly appeared in the Magistrates’ Court and
Children’s Court at all stages of criminal proceedings.
Marcia is an accredited Mediator (NMAS).
In addition to her legal qualifications, Marcia also has a Bachelor of Arts and a Graduate
Certificate in Police Prosecution.
Marcia has experience in written advocacy and advice relating to evidence, criminal
procedure, and sentencing. She has chaired sporting tribunals over the last 15 years.
