Philippa Morgan is a dedicated specialist criminal advocate based at Liverpool Chambers, known for her proficiency in criminal advocacy, coronial, and associated legal work. Philippa graduated from the University of Tasmania in 1999 with a BA LLB and completed the Legal Practice Course in Hobart in 2000. She was admitted to practice law on 18 August 2000.

Philippa has a background in  both prosecution and defence work, having worked for Tasmania Legal Aid for around 10 years both in Hobart and on the North West Coast.  She has been at Liverpool Chambers since 2014, where she focuses on criminal advocacy and related legal matters.

She serves as the unit coordinator for the “Magistrates Court Practice and Advocacy” unit within the Tasmania Legal Practice postgraduate course.
