Raymond has been a long-standing member of the Victorian Bar, a Crown Prosecutor for over 20 years and Senior Crown Prosecutor for Victoria for 6 years. He is Vice President of the Australian Association of Crown Prosecutors.
He is the author of “Prosecuting”, 2nd Edition, Thomson Reuters.
He was also Assistant DPP for Fiji 2005-2007.
He has appeared in over 50 murder and attempted murder cases.
