Sarah accepts briefs in areas including administrative, workers’ compensation, discrimination, employment and industrial, inquiries, regulation and professional discipline.

Sarah conducts appeals both led and unled (including unled at the Full Federal Court level), as well as regularly appearing unled in matters involving claims of discrimination, breaches of the Fair Work Act and various statutory compensation entitlements. Sarah consistently appears unled in the ART in a range of complex matters, and also in related judicial review and appeal proceedings. Sarah is regularly trusted to deal with highly sensitive employment matters.

Sarah’s legal experience is supplemented by her experience working for a year for the United Nations in Jordan and as a Navy Officer. Sarah received several honours and awards in her legal studies including the Jean Rogerson Honours Studentship (awarded to the top 5 Honours students) and the Alan White Scholarship.
