Victor was admitted to practice in Queensland and the High Court of Australia in 2012 and in Tasmania in 2020. He completed a Master of Laws in 2019.
Prior to joining the Bar, Victor worked for over a decade in private practice, including as a legal practice director of two interstate law firms, across the areas of succession, commercial, civil, and administrative law, and at Tasmania Legal Aid for four years managing the civil law, NDIS appeals, and Mental Health teams.
Victor is a member of the Law Society’s Estate and Succession, and Litigation Committees. He is also a full member of STEP.
In his free time, Victor enjoys playing Minecraft with his son, and an eclectic range of hobbies.
